I was wondering can anymore share more about the type of questions they typically ask in each round (heard there are 3 rounds) and your interview experience if you went through it recently? Thanks for your help!

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. My peer has more experience so I expect that but I feel that I should be paid more, however I don’t want to leave a bad impression… any advice?

I’ve practiced litigation in DC for about 5+ years at a larger plaintiffs’ firm, and am considering a switch to a defense firm. Is there any insight to how many billable hours this would require, and how much time that would actually be? Fellow P&T Directors - here’s a thread for us to discuss what we are hearing/not hearing with regards to PCLDE and the making of new partners in P&T.

On every call, we hear Joe talk about making new Partners and his commitment. I have yet to see any of those ‘commitments’ be reflected in actions or explanations. (eg. No senior directors from commercial GTM going into PCLDE this year …) What?

Do they really think we’re going to ‘stick around’ until they ‘figure it out’ …

Any info on when the discussions for mid-year promotion are happening? I understand that ppl will get to know between November 11-15.

I have to admit that I wasn't terribly impressed by the virtual Co-Lo for Digital. The exception to that, though, was David's insightful comment that leadership knows and expects that many of us are struggling to come back from the pandemic, and it's okay to ask for help and or take a leave. Digital culture, and how we are real and take care of each other, is just AMAZING. That speech alone made me so proud to be here and turned around a lot of my negative thoughts.

Just found out, for SA2 with same roles/responsibilities (same cohort grid), there seems to be about 20k-30k difference between PwC Digital and PwC Labs. I thought we were One P&T??!

How has P&T been affected by recessions in the past ? Are internal app teams more safe ? Also how is the severance package calculated.

P&T AMA is mainly people asking softballs and wishing Joe happy birthday. While I do wish Joe a happy birthday as well, I'd love to see a more candid AMA... perhaps on this bowl, where people can ask what's REALLY on their minds without having to put their name to it?
