I had applied for one of BA designation at Barclays in mid- September 2024. I had first round of interview in first week of October 2024. But after that I haven't heard anything from recruitment team. However my job status is still showing Interviews underway.

Any suggestion, whether hiring at Barclays is slow or I should move on now.

I have knowledge of data engineering and ml as well but not used in my role.
The most important factor is I am saving more than 2 lakhs pm in the role as it's onsite. Do you recommend to search for opportunities or continue in the functional role?

I just accepted a new position last week and am scheduled to start mid-July. I have a couple of concerts this summer (1 on a Saturday and 1 on a Thursday evening).
