Recently cleared all 3 rounds of interview for IQVIA Patient Analytics team.
But HR told me that IQVIA at Max matched my current offer otherwise he can't able to release offer letter.
I agreed & told him at least provide me joining bonus but after that HR ghosted me & till now not released my offer letter.What should I do? Please help me 🙏🙏

I have 3 years experience being an account manager in a large brokerage. I got promoted to be a supervisor to a small team of account managers and started at $77k and have now increased to $83k 6 months later. How is Flipkart for Work life balance? I have ~5 years of exp and hold an offer of 32 + Stocks. Also the expectation is to know Java but during the interview process , there was no discussion of Java or any questions asked. Although the team has asked me to invest some time in learning Java but I’m skeptical about all of this as the position is Data Engineer II so not sure how the expectations will change.
