On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the most, how pissed would you be if you were a supervisor and you had a new direct report on your team with a higher salary than you? The years of experience are the same, but you have 3 designations (they have 0), you have 3 licenses (they have just 2), they have little to no experience with technical complex claims (you have hundreds), and you have 3 years in management (they have 0).

Has any creative here ever tried to make the leap to leave advertising and be a film maker, photographer, illustrator, etc.?? I’m so tired of ad agencies and how draining the “creative” can be. I went for 3 interviews with a company met with vp and was given package thinking I aced interview there was another candidate 😞 the other person for the job.
