Hi Fishes, Currently holding offer from PwC as Senior Associate with 9.5 lpa fixed + variable and have accepted it. Now, Infosys has verbally confirmed the Offer with 15lpa including 15% variable plus 1.25 lpa JB as a Consultant. I have still around 2 months and 10 days NP left what should I do for now while I'm giving more interviews ?

1. Ask PwC to revise the offer ?
2. Accept Infosys offer ?

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

Should you discuss salary range with an internal company recruiter prior to setting up an interview? With external recruiters it’s pretty easy to talk about the expected range. I am trying to avoid wasting all of our time if i get to the last interview and they are expecting a salary that is too low for me.

Then joined Infosys in mid 2017. So now wanted to know can I show my experience from 2017 to apply in companies as for bgv many companies ask for PF statement or form 16 for all previous companies.
