Hi Fishes, does anyone know if EPAM Anywhere provides offer letter when you ask for a raise during offer interview? I have asked them a lil low CTC during my general discussion but when I passed the interview I have asked for a bit more than the earlier CTC (asked in general discussion). But I did not get any response from them after that. Did anybody else face the same?

Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday. For example, if I have someone working on Christmas (Sunday), they should be paid 1.5 but what if they work on Monday as well?I know this might sound silly to some people but I’m covering for payroll for the holidays and I don’t want to mess up!

I got offer from one MNC and now they are saying I have to join them one week earlier than actual date. The situation is my current company is not allowing me to go one week before. They are like work will get hamper. Any suggestions what should I do in this situation?

On offer letter company has given 4-x-22 joining date and I have also accepted it. Current employers LWD is 15-x-22 . Current employer is not releaving before LWD. Gap is like 1.5 month between joining date and LWD.
Is there any possibility that company will reject/ revoke offer given?

Is it wrong of me to get annoyed if a BA responds back to me tasking them to format a deck saying they “will try to get it it, but can’t promise because they don’t have bandwidth.” I expect a “I’m working on lots of things right now, if you’d like me to re-prioritize, please let me know...” If partner tells me to do something, I make it happen. If someone who out ranks you by 2-3 levels tells you to jump, you don’t push back, you say “how high.” Am I wrong?
