I recently got onsite opportunity(US-Michigan) with a salary of USD100k. (L1 Visa)

Is this good to accept onsite with this salary? If not, then what will be the good salary to work in US.

Has anyone here renegotiated their salary after a short time being in a role? I accepted a position and I like what I do but I realize that the workload requires a lot to see success and I feel a bit burned out already with my 40 hours/week and occasional extra 30 minutes to an hour a day.

I am stuck between putting in my time and showing my value and asking for an increase to validate doing so to avoid job hopping after a year or so.
