I am getting an opportunity to learn new skills SAP ABAP or Ariba. What should I choose? I am having 4 YOE in SAP MM.

Fellow enterprise tech sales fish, I’m interested to hear your perspective. I’ve been in a rut lately and seriously considering leaving sales. I think it’s primarily fueled by one thing:
After a 6 mo cycle I closed a large deal (4x the average deal size) prior to receiving delayed 2022 comp plans. The deal counts as a 2022 deal. On last years comp plan it would’ve paid out at 10%. This year it pays out at a measly 4%.

How do you/have you navigated your way through and out of these situations?

Failed FAR miserably. Should I start studying all over or just do the MC?

Looking to get some more certifications under my belt so I can grow my career. What certifications are recommended for becoming a more knowledgeable healthcare consultant, and what certifying body/program would you suggest I do it with? Looking for any/all options that are most desired in today’s market

What does a M1 Consultant grade mean? How far away from being Senior Consultant?

as an analyst how do I network and maintain connections with external orgs (clients and more so buyers) after the deal has closed? I have their contacts of course but do I add them on LinkedIn after?
