I am looking for online lab resources, I use labster, Pearson and a colleague and I have started to record what the students would do. I believe people should get vaccinated when they can and if they are able to. I also think it’s wrong for governments to mandate vaccination. Doing so severely infringes on individual freedom and sets a bad precedent for the future.

Is it okay to wear an N95 mask now?? I know at the beginning all N95s we’re supposed to go to medical personnel, but I recently was given a new one from a friend and want to know if it’s acceptable to wear it, or if I should stick to my cloth mask. Legit confused about the "wait and see/ I'm low risk" vaccine crowd. I'm low risk too but I got vaccinated for me as well as to contribute to the safety of others by stopping the spread. How do I discuss this with others without literally saying I think it's selfish to wait it out? If we all did this, how many more would die?

Duke University has reported 364 COVID cases. 356 of those people were vaccinated, for a vaccine rate of 97.8% which is way above what is considered necessary for herd immunity. Maybe herd immunity isn’t really a thing? Also, if getting the vaccine is now about reducing COVID impact vs. immunity, then there’s no way for herd immunity to exist, right?
