Hi fishes, I am working as software engineer with around 5 years of experience at ford and I have ctc of around 17 including variable.
I have few offers that is from publicis sapient for 24.5 fixed, deloitte for 24 fixed and 0 to 10% variable with 75k joining bonus but joining is delayed by 10 days, also I have one offer from version 1 for 25l fixed , and wissen technology witb morgan Stanley for 25.5 as fixed and ltts for 24 including 1.56 variable.
Confused what to do ?

How much stock do you put on benefits? I have two offers with stark differences in benefits. Job 1: role I want, but benefit sucks (2 weeks paternity leave, 20% coinsurance). Job 2: role is okay but higher level and great benefits (16 weeks paternity, 0% coinsurance, 5 more days of vacation). Total comp is the same though. I wonder if I should just focus on role but Job 2 is a large company, so I can move around after 2-3 years I’d expect. Thoughts?

Hello guys,
Today I had salary negotiation with Capgemini , they are offering 15 lpa with 10% variable. I feel this is a bit low based on current market standards. I asked for 20 initially, but they are not willing to go beyond 15 without any counter offer. HR flat out rejected 20 saying business will not approve. what is the max they will give after providing counter offer? And if i join around November, when will i be eligible for next appraisal? They are offering c1 band.
