I attended an interview at TCS, They told that I got selected. The Hr asked me to upload the documents. But I already attended an interview with TCS two years back, but didnot join. Now the HR is saying since I didnot join in the past she has to secure few approvals and keep me posted. Have anyone faced the same situation? Will they release offer or reject. Do most tech/SaaS companies make prospective employees sign NDAs? I'm interviewing for the first time in awhile and am entering into a final round with a company who wants me to sign an NDA prior to the interview. My psychiatrist today revealed to me that I may have ADHD, still a hypothesis that he is still exploring but from my personal experiences and discussions with therapist, it seems likely.

One example of personal experience is my ongoing prep for case studies as I'm interviewing with a number of firms. The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO. 3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.
