I have 10+ years of experience in application support ( Linux,SQL,plsql, tableau) and around 5 years cloud support experience in aPaaS, Jenkins, Kibana, App dynamics and basic AWS support knowledge. HR contacted me saying we will release the offer letter in 1-2 days

But as i heard they should release the letter of intent before releasing the offer letter

Is it mandatory to release the LOI before an offer letter or is it optional ?

I’m considering a position as an account director at a large agency coming from a media director role at another. (I’ve been client facing for years) are there any hard and fast rules of client management that typically media people wouldn’t deal with DTD? Note: this is more of strategist role and they were looking for heavy media experience but this position is unique in that it will also serve as the liaison between the analytics, creative, and media agencies.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. I suck at this job. I make mistakes all the time and partners get on me about them. It’s not because I try to make mistakes but they just happen, far more frequently than I’d like. I’m a third year so I have no clue how I lasted this long to be honest. My anxiety levels are on a 10 because I’m so used to being an overachiever but my suckiness is standing out big time.

I have received a job offer and gave them my expected salary to which the hr told it was above their budget. (Did a proper research and quoted them the range)

They gave me an offer with a difference of 1 to 1.5 lakh from what I had asked.

Any tips whether should I go with the offer they gave or still negotiate?
