I have been offered by ITC Infotech as a Lead Consultant (Grade IS4). I am having an experience of 8.8 years in AWS, DevOps, Terraform and Python. My current CTC is 1714000 and ITC offered me 25.5 lpa. What do you guys think is it a good deal? How much you guys think I will get in hand per month assuming I will exhaust all my IT limits?

You need to build some experience of your own in coding to show you're a serious candidate. Either a boot camp or get involved in project that you can add to your portfolio. Teach yourself more while you apply for positions.
Thanks for your suggestion. I think I need to put some more effort to outstand. Thank you, it gave me some idea to work on.
They are telling you that the problem is too little experience and experience that is not relevant. That means you must take some time to get more experience before applying for these positions. I would say stay at your current job but if it is not relevant, you maybe need to make a switch to something more relevant.
