What would be a reasonable salary for a 3rd year lawyer in house at a real estate development company with a total of 3 lawyers (they are co-gcs for different parts of the company)? I’d be the 4th lawyer in the department as a whole. HCOL area.

I just finished what I thought was the final round of interviews for a job that I really want. Everything has been going extremely well. Hey so like - newfound reason for my procrastination since I got on Ritalin - a tendency towards "putting things off so I can enjoy the hyperfocus later". Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile.
