Hi fishes, if a person with nearing to 2.5 years of experience receives an offer of 11.75 LPA for 'Associate consultant' in life sciences then, is it a fair deal?

Got an offer from a startup for 19.5LPA.
Its base is 15L, and I'll be getting 124800 in-hand.

I have 3.5 yoe in typescript/react/NEXTjs fullstack. Out of which only 10 months are on a full time role, rest of time was freelancing.
I am also an open source contributor for some NEXTjs related tooling.

Is this a good offer?
