I've joined Accenture Strategy wing 4 months back as a consulting analyst. I have 2.8 year total work experience. When can I expect hike in Accenture Strategy? Would it be decent? Is there a mid year hike for 6 month eligibility? I have been getting multiple offers in the market but don't want to switch anytime soon. Currently the pay is 12 LPA as fixed with 20% bonus eligibility.

What's stopping you from opening your own small business along with your day job? You could earn a lot without much effort. We all are educated people, working in MNCs, very good at what we do then why not earn more? You could open small business such as fast food corner or even small restaurant. This does not stop us doing our day job, after setting up your business you can just recruit right people seeing it and only small input would be needed from you. Opinion?

How to respond to an interview question if we do not know the answer or are sketchy at best?

I got an offer ( after 6 months of joining here in Infosys) and informed my lead the same.He spoke with my manager and my manager has agreed to retain me but needs his manager approval.
Now I have waited for a week without resigning to see if I can get any written official communication of the same.

But all of a sudden, my manager is asking me why are you this doing now? You have just now joined after speaking with his manager.
Why is this sudden change in his behaviour?

Should I resign?

I got offer of 8LPA from TCS and 10LPA from another company, will TCS match to my other offer!!
