I am not sure what to do. My company just had another round of massive layoffs. So far my job was spared. I do got a job offer from a different company but the salary is way lower than what I have now (20,000$ less). (e.g. you say your range is $115k - $120k & they come back with $110k). but also this would technically be a $5k cut from your current salary, which is pretty much maxed out for its current title/salary band.

HOWEVER, i’d be moving from a midsized agency to a very prestigious agency, which also covers 100% of your healthcare premium AND deductible…
