Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Hi Adidas colleagues, How much Hike I can expect in next pay review? I joined adidas this year on June 1st . I am on M4 level. CTC is 18LPA.
Total YEO will be 4 yrs 3 months by end of Dec.
I got M4 because they have only a slot of that position available that's why CTC is relevantaly bit low.
TIA.

Don’t fall in such lucrative traps offered by your current company. They might back off after sometime and sadly, You’ll be sitting in the same chair applying for interviews again. Just switch and be happy.
I am sure there will be onsite for sure even if i didnt place my resignation just want to know which is better option financially.
If accommodation, transport is free..I will say go to Norway..you can come back and switch anytime as you are having experience on your side..just go nd experience Norway
Do the math. How much euros will you be able to save in those 6 months? Is it worth it? Will you be able to easily crack an interview after you return from onsite? If yes, then embrace this Norway opportunity, exposure of another country is always good. Go with your instincts.
Strictly speaking on financial basis, 1500 euors per month is not much. If you're directly convert euro to INR, even then it doesn't make sense for you to leave other offer with 19.5 fix.
Also, 15 to 19 is a very slim jum, especially at this time of the year when you won't be eligible for coming appraisal cycle. I think you need to renegotiate and get at least 21-22 fix.

The pay seems to be confusing. If it’s 6 months, then it’s business travel. The pay can either be per month or per diem, not both. For business travel, it will always be per diem.
If per diem is capped at 1500 per month, then what would you do for the rest of the expenses? I’ve heard that Norway has a quite high cost of living and sparsely populated except Oslo.

I don’t know what to say except it sounds fishy. 50 per day is a refundable amount and will not be provided to you as payout. So unless you spend that money, you don’t have it.
How frequent will it be refunded? If it’s going to be at the end of the tenure, are you going to be using your own money or a corporate credit card?
