Due to stability and safety i started looking out got offer from cts 20 lpa assosciate level and mindtree 21.5 lpa c3 grade.

Is it good to go from high salary to low as recruiters are not matching my cctc and interviews are not scheduling Yoe 4 java backend. Tata Consultancy Cognizant Mindtree
