PWC and EY are offering almost same. TCS is 3 LPA less.

How do people feel about their new compensation statements?

Can someone point me to some material where I can read about profit sharing vs 401k. I get the concept, but I am trying to understand is 10% profit sharing vested over 5 years better than an employee 401k match of 6%?

From my understanding 10% PS is better because it’s just a standard 10% on top of whatever I contribute though it takes 5 years to vest. Does this mean if I leave before 5 years I don’t get any of it?

We all had the same responsibilities, I consider I even had a heavier workload (talking in past tense since I very recently made an internal move).

Went from a big firm to work for a smaller firm. The people in the smaller firm are protective of their work and are good by their work too. I no longer feel chaos or stress. I am treated with respect and my schedule is more normal. I am even working more billable hours than before, but it feels like a seamless experience. I don’t work then past 5pm or anything out of the ordinary for this time of the year. I am so grateful!

If there is any senior staff, or member with credible information on this, please share your 2 cents. The suspense is killing me, and I am sure many of you echo my sentiments here.

I am currently at 14LPA with almost 7 YOE in FMCG Category Management. Need guidance on how can I increase my package. Looking at the salaries here, even I am motivated to be in 1Cr club.

I have had three rounds of interview in TCS and in iBegin it's showing as evaluation in progress. Last delivery partner interview was on 25th January. Still now I haven't received any updates from HR. How much time it will take to process? Also if got rejected during the the process will TCS update that in iBegin??
