The amount approx 3.16 LPA is under National pension scheme and Reimbursable Flexible Benefits. Can someone please help me with clarifying this component. I currently make 78k at Lockheed but I’m not doing what I’d like to be doing and i felt stuck and after many conversations with my manager and no solution in sight, I started applying elsewhere. Currently I am serving notice period in TCS and my LWD is last week of june. I didn't receive band although I had 4.5 IPF.

But my concern is whether my dca incentive will stop or not? As per the rule, we should get A or B to stay in digital salary but they didn't even release band for me.

I am completely mentally stressed and thinking too much of it. I have financial liabilities and if they cut the whole incentives for 3 months ( ~75k) I don't know how I am going to manage.
