Grade being offered is C3B - ASC.

Is this good? I am looking for WLB as the main criteria. I am yet to get the offer letter from TCS, just accepted the salary breakup. So wondering if I should shop around for other offers.

I am looking only for Mumbai openings.

Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..
