I have two offers :-
1. Publicis Sapient - 13 LPA CTC (AL2)
2. Luxoft - 13 LPA CTC (Software Engineer)

Both are Permanent WFH offers for the profile of a Core Java developer.

I am confused about which company will be better for growing my career?

Recently I have heard bad things about Publicis, that they have a long bench time and bad work life balance.

Please suggest which company is best to join Barclays or Pwc for cloud engineer role.

Out of these 4 Citi or Standard Chartered or Morgan Stanley or JPMorgan is better for overall Work Culture/ Onsite Opportunities + Salary?
Domain - Risk Management/ Compliance/ Internal control. Please suggest.

Recently i was selected for a Talent acquisition role, i heard earlier that Publicis sapient is giving Wfh to all employees but for my case they are asking to be onsite.
Is it only for Talent acquisition team they are only asking to be onsite?
Because I heard for some of my friends who are working in developing side are asked to do Wfh.

let's all put paper or atleast look for other opportunities then they come to know how it feels. I am sure people who are in Publicis Sapient are very good in technical skills they can easily get job outside with same CTC.
