I have 2 offers with me as a Saviynt developer in IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT domain. One with EY and other with HCL TECH. Could anyone plz help me on this.
Basic Differences:
1. Salary in HCL TECH is higher around 1.5 lakhs than EY
2. Cametoknow that resource will be deployed to customer in hcl. if customer requests, resource needs to report at customer office.
3. As mentioned in offer letter of HCL, joining/retention bonus of 1,50,000/- will be provided whereas nothing in EY.
