So courageous to post this

I recently finished my Masters in Cyber Security and have a Bachelors in Software Development. As much as I love the technical aspect of my degrees, I think the happiest me would be in tech sales. I had found an opportunity at IBM for entry level sales starting in 2023 and was wondering if anyone had gone through this or the Summit program? Looking for insight on applying and would love to chat with anyone who has or currently works for IBM! Thanks in advance!

Deloitte USI has a large and growing Salesforce practice. Lots of projects and complex implementations of LWC, CPQ etc.
Growth wise, the hikes and bonus percentage of Salesforce (C&M) are better than most of other practices in USI. Certification vouchers are also provided for all the AP and Cert exams.
WLB may not be that great, as it depends on the project management mostly. It won't be consistently bad, but some weeks may be hectic.
From what I have seen since past 2 years, Variable payout is ~200%
Hikes are also better in the last 2 cycles, a lot of market adjustment done. I am not sure how much more they'll pay compared to others though.
Work culture is decent. Even I have heard from people that it has deteriorated compared to 3-4 years ago, but my experience has been good. Ofcourse the WLB isn't all that great, there are unrealistic timelines. But it's not always bad, dependent on how the management handles the client demands.
