I have an offer from IBM for a lead Devops role. I have 8yoe in devops and 22.5 ctc, i never switched in the past 6yrs. while setting up the interview I had asked for 30 but now the compensation team called and said they can only offer 25fixed and 2 Variable. What should I do?

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. 3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.

3. Always talk to people of team you will be joining before you accept offer or atleast before you join company.
