Hi guys, I am currently working as QA Analyst and taking care of Manual testing + Automation maintenance. I didn’t got experience of new automation script writing. And I don’t feel that comfortable while writing code logics because of lack of experience. Now my manager wants me to take on SRE role along with this and wants me to learn Kubernetes, helm, pagerduty,grafana, Prometheus and so on which needs bit of coding and complex logics. What’s your suggestion on this step? Will it help me or not

Any advice for someone looking to transition into a full HR Generalist role from Recruiting. I’m currently a Campus Recruiter with about 5 years of HR experience (Coordinator- Higher Ed). Hi Guys, I have 4.5 yrs of Automation experience. I have exp in Selenium, Java, katalon, protractor and cucumber. I also have a master's in software engineer from California and worked in US for 2.5yrs. I relocated to India couple years ago but I haven't been able to achieve the salary slab that I would like for my exp. Current CTC is 9lpa.
What should I do or change about my approach for a better salary?
