Hi guys, i had an interview at wipro. Salary discussion and everything is done almost 20 days back. BGV is also done. But HR didn't give me the offer letter till now and saying we will give offer just few days before the LWD. Approval s are still inprogress Does anyone know if wipro does this often. Today only i had a word with HR she said the same that i'll get the offer by Nov end. But somehow i have less hope now.
Can anybody tell if this happens at wipro often?

In the HR discussion, we both agreed on 30L CTC (10% Variable) and 1L joining bonus. But later after 2-3 days when they need to release the offer, HR is saying they got the approval for 28L CTC(10% variable) and 2L joining bonus.

Should I take that offer and look for other options or straight forward reject the offer and then look for other options?

Also, according to this behaviour of the HR, is it good behaviour?

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
