What should be an ideal ask for expected CTC as i’m planning on my next switch. By my calculations 33-35LPA should be good. But please feel free to correct me (+/-), any suggestions would be very helpful.

Whereas for many people 50k joining bonus and 12 months lockin for 2 lakh

Should a DevOps Cloud Engineer with 2 years experience earning around 10 LPA (base salary) in a Fortune 200, switch to a startup which pays almost 20 LPA base salary?
The reason to ask this question is, wouldn't it be difficult at the time of second switch, to move to another big organisation after one is already at 20-24 LPA with just 3-4 years of experience at a startup?
