Hi guys... I have been considered for a SAP Position (P1) and tech M is taking a long time for releasing offer letter. Hr is just responding on sms, pending for approval, not responding to calls. Could anyone here shed light if it's just a formality that's taking time or possibility of not getting offer letter?

I have cleared 2nd round(managerial) with TCS direct project recruitment and waiting for salary negotiation. I'm confused whether to join TCS now itself (which might be too soon to settle down) or go for CTS for next 2 years. Please suggest me. My priorities are Steady growth, Work life balance, Job security.
