Hi Guys,

Recently I got an offer from LTIMindtree and they are allocating me into the HSBC project. So I wanted to know about the work culture in the LTIMindtree and HSBC project.

And also me and my wife are expecting a baby in the last week of February and my joining date in LTIMindtree is 16th Jan, so I think Hybrid/WHF is best suitable for me during that period. So does this company provide wfh/hybrid way of working and also can I take paternity leave during probation period?

You can take paternity leave. Offers only 5 days paternity leave. WFH is not allowed officially but your manager might help you to get 2-3 weeks wfh. Current running hybrid working model i.e 2 days wfo. I am not aware about hsbc project though.

Wfh is allowed only for certain time of your manager agrees it will be weeks and if your people partner agrees it will be months and yes 5 days peternity leaves

Bro do check the allocation if its good then dont worry beside this if the hsbc have any odc based system then its littile to get wfh beside this you can discuss with manger in the starting only
