2. I am trying for Senior Analyst - Data Science. What is the typical package offered for the role? I have 2.5 YOE in IT but in a different sector and this is the first role I'm moving to in Data Science domain. However, I'm on track to complete PGP DSBA from Great Learning.

I work in field sales as an IC. My aspirational career path is to end up in people leadership. Recently, an Inside management position opened up that’s been brought to my attention by the hiring director. Question is, is going back Inside the right move to get into started in leadership? Or should I continue down the field path and wait until those field management slots open up?
