I applied for the Salesforce Senior Consultant position at Deloitte Customer and Marketing Group/ Deloitte Digital in the US and got an offer recently. I'm on a H1B & the recruiter said they will initiate transfer after I accept the offer & clear a verfication.

1. How long does Deloitte take to get the H1B transfer done?

2. Is it done by premium processing by default or should I ask for it explicitly?

3. Should I wait until the H1B transfer is approved before I resign my current job?
