Hi Sharks,
I have put down my papers and LWD is 18 Aug 2022, 30 days since in probation period and also the resignation is accepted by HR and in the portal it's showing as Actual reliving date as 18 August 2022.
I see resignation approval is still pending from L1 manager will this get auto approved if not how this can be a impact for me ? And how to deal with this situation since I'm in bench from the day I have joined wipro 5 months and don't know anyone here. Wipro

Hi sharks, I'm posting this to get some suggestions from you all. My interview is scheduled with @Questglobal. They said it is customer round. I have no idea about this. Can anyone share with me how it will be and what needs to primarily focus. All your suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

Hey don't be disappointed. Accenture has been doing this to ppl since a very long time. Many of my friends were told you are selected asked for documents and then sent out a rejection mail. I believe this is what they do to get documents from candidates
Accenture is famous for doing this to almost every candidate, they keep you engaged in the process by keep calling you ragarding some document submission or interview setup or expectations asking and what not.
At the end after collecting every info they just reject you simply by saying that your expected compensation is out of our budget.
They just want cheap resource who can slog their a*s all day n night. Better look for other oppertunities. Good luck.

I was informed that I am shortlisted in Infosys after second round and discussed on the current and expected salary. She said she will get back, but after few days got email that there is mismatch in competencies and expectations of the role.
Not sure how it happened after getting shortlisted 😐
The same kinda experience I had with Infosys and CGI. I had asked only 70% hike.

Clearly Infosys 4 has not seen work pressure. Go for Deloitte. Great money, insane pressure. Once you notice that, everything else would look like cakewalk
What is your CCTC and ECTC?
Nope they won’t. Generally they will put your profile on hold after 1st step when Hr calls for scheduling interview and asking expected ctc.
However don’t feel disheartened. It is how it is.
They are just looking for cheap resource.
Not your mistake.
My frnd’s profile was put on hold and he got call from HR after 2 and half months and received offer. Hence anything is possible but best thing would be move on and look for other opportunities.

Even I am having a same issue. And since my friend had referred me there and my resume still in there data base I can't event apply for any relevant position open in Accenture. My friend being Accenture employee is not getting revert from his HR team then I can assume that no where we can get any sort of response from HR team😂

Don't worry. Look for other opportunities as well. Same issue happened with me despite I was open for negotiation. I believe they must have got someone with lesser expectations.

Exactly what happend to Me, these hrs of Accenture are not transparent at all . I feel like they are trained to be like this and reaching them is extremely hard.
That's the reason I rejected Aacenture's offer at the last moment and I felt so nice.
Classic Accenture move. There's a probability that you'll get a follow up call after 5 or even 10 months and they will again ask you to join with same CTC, you'll ask more then profile will go on hold. It's an endless cycle 🤪
Move onto other offer, would be my advice
Been there buddy.... But I had a hearty laugh after this and moved on with next company.... The job market is really hot right now... You'll get better opportunities elsewhere... Just keep trying...
The opposite happened with me. They rolled out three offer letters. Their first offer was lesser than the one I had in hand. Showed them & they increased it. Increased it twice with joining bonus. Before the third offer they said they would require approval from committee as to why I should be given way more. It was because they got very good feedback from the interviewers which is why they wanted me they said. The committe approved the third and final offer but they were still willing to increase it further after I said i have joined other company. Still I joined another company with a similar package but with no bonus. I thanked them on mail and called them also and told them not to roll out anymore counter offers or increase the compensation. They asked me if compensation was the issue they can still consider for more. But I said it was not about the money. The company that I joined never asked me my salary and gave me 120% hike just based on my interview. In that company when they asked about my desired compensation I just said I want to be compensated equally like others in the same position. I told them that people from tier one college should not be getting more while doing the same job. They said they don't consider college. Now that I am there it's true. Accenture did try to undercut my real value by asking my salary . Initially they tried to convince me that my worth is that much. That's another story that they offered more afterwards.. That is why I joined the later. I have left the company(Kreate) shown in my bio to join this great company.
I had a very bitter experience with Accenture as the recruiter just lost his temper and dropped me a mail that I had decided to opt out of the interview process.I don't feel it will be a good place to work in.
