Hi folks, Need your urgent advice on something. Got 2 competing offers both based out of Bangalore. Offer 1:Senior Sales Manager Tavant Technologies looking into the India Market(Hunting)for Hi Tech industry. CTC:23 LPA(Fixed)+8.5LPA(Target based Variable?) Offer 2:Senior Solution Partner HighRadius Technologies looking into the North America Market(Farming role)-individual contributor role.
CTC:27 LPA(Fixed)+3LPA(Variable)
Any suggestions/advice would be more than welcome! Thanks in advance!

Hey don't be disappointed. Accenture has been doing this to ppl since a very long time. Many of my friends were told you are selected asked for documents and then sent out a rejection mail. I believe this is what they do to get documents from candidates

Well that's why with Accenture,keeping giving interviews for other companies.
I have a interview next week and I know what is going to happen.
I have been through their pathetic process multiple times.

You will get to see this kind of actions in Accenture and Capgemini. So don't be surprised. This happens like this in these 2 organizations most of the time.

They called me 10 times to schedule interview and when I actually told my availability, I did not receive any interview schedule confirmation 😂.

Before initiating any interview, on the first call itself one should have clarity about the range of compensation company is willing to offer, and the expectations of candidate. The process should proceed only if both parties are aligned with the ctcs.
Otherwise it's a waste of time for both the parties to proceed with the rounds if candidates expectations and company's range aren't matching.
Same for me. Infact they kept an additional manegerial round. Then i received congrats. Then again same salary message on portal. I sent emails and raised incident on their portal. Honestly this experience has made me understand that even if I receive dream salary from accenture, i may not join as they will value me the same. Its a big organization and better off without me.
Accenture is worst ever in hiring procedure, don't expect anything from it till you get into the company not even offer helps from it
This is expected behavior from the HR of Accenture India. So nothing new in this. You have plenty of opportunities, Due to the big brand name of the company, it does not mean that its work environment is good.
Happened same for me too with accenture. But, HR told that the expected package is out of budget. Better to Look for other opportunities

Same happened with me. But I got my offer letter within 5 days after being put on hold. So hope for the best!
The expected salary which you had asked is more than their budget, instead of giving a clear information they keep the profile on hold and after sometime they will send a rejection email and put your profile on hold for good 2 to 4 months.
Accenture HR brother. What else you expect from them 😅😅😅😅
They will hire someone who demanded a lesser CTC. Don't worry keep hunting for a better offer.

Same here I cleared all rounds and after that I asked for 80% hike on my current CTC having offer with 60% they close all portal and said thanks for applying in Accenture 🤣
