Hi, I had applied for a role at Cognizant and an email stating that my profile has been screened for the role and to fill out a self declaration form. I did that. 2 days later, today, I got a call from an HR asking me about my work experience and salary expectation, work location, reason to switch. The HR said that he'll be sending me an email by EOD with the job description and that I'll have to acknowledge the mail. But, I haven't received any email from him. What could be the possible reason?

My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. So my query is will they call me for next round?I really wanna get selected since Deloitte is mydream company

People that have small children - how do you deal with your child’s stress and separation anxiety when you go to work? My 4-year old goes berserk almost every day at some point relating to me having to work.
