I noticed that there is no specific SAP certification for SAP Security and GRC.

Can anyone suggest the best certification for SAP Security and GRC?

When’s the best time to go client side? Wait till I get a promotion or try to switch sooner rather than later?

What level do managers/PLs from MBB and T2 firms typically come in at for Strategy & Ops roles?

Currently an associate at a mid-sized firm with “strong potential” to make partner at the end of this year. Things have been toxic for a while, but have cratered in 2021, with few signs there will be any positive changes on the horizon. What are the pros and cons of staying to make partner before trying to go in-house? I’d assumed it would be better to job search with that title on the resume, but am rethinking my assumptions the worse things get.

I currently work at a medium sized firm and have about two years experience in personal injury litigation. The billable hours and lack of work life balance are really getting to me and I am looking to switch to something else out of litigation, preferably in house. I am also looking to relocate to a different state. How do I go about properly marketing myself to companies that might not take my relocation and minimal experience seriously?

Hello, quick qstn - I'm from Tax and planning to move to another team within the same memberfirm. I am eligible for senior nxt year. So if I move now to another team this year (maybe aug,22) will I be Still eligible for senior in my new team or should I continue to serve 1 more year there for my advancement?

I’m an FA at ML, been in the role for 1 year and 8 months, but have 23 years of industry experience. Quarterly, I have a performance review call with my Market Executive and until today never heard anything negative… my growth is slower than I’d like and definitely I’m sure that’s why, but today he said last time “they” wanted to give me a letter of education and he talked “them” out of it. Currently in Private Equity (in India), have an offer to join the PE practice of MBB in SGP. What are the exit options like? Would it help if i stayed in India PE role for a few more years and then try to move or would gaining SEA experience help get me into a PE role in SGP in a few years? Context: Hard to find growth+ tech focused PE roles in SGP at the moment & want to make a move in the next few years. Please advise.

I do sales for a major engineering firm. Focused on new business and exploring new markets. Last year I was in the top 50% for order intake, and first in number of projects won along with number of new customers. I think this is extraordinary given the effort it takes to win new business.

For next year my goal increased by 2.5X, and less of what I bring in counts towards that target. I really enjoy my job but I will essentially be getting a large pay cut. Lost in what to do besides quit??
