I have 3.5 yr experience in the HR domain (HR Generalist) and 7 yr experience in the sales support role. My Total exp is 10+ yr. I want to make a career in HR, I'm looking for an opportunity in the Noida or Gurgaon location but haven't gotten anything yet I've been searching since March 24'.

Can anyone suggest what I'm doing wrong? Is changing the career at this time the right decision? I'm so confused and disappointed right now
