How would you approach an interview process where the company sounds exciting but you feel confident the role would not be a growth opportunity for your skill set? Is there a good way to respectfully approach that topic with the interview team and find a role that might be more exciting for you? Or is it better to walk away?

Is there a hard limit on how frequent you can apply in a year at FAANG? (For instance: Amazon, Google)

Also, how many positions are we allowed to apply?

Recent lateral junior associate in brand new practice where I'm the only associate. I'm probably going to bill 1,500 hours max this year due to being very slow and taking time off for a delayed honeymoon which I disclosed during my interview process. Seems companies are not learning, even after the great resignations.. the big names... Like TCS, ibm.. are not doing any changes to their work culture and ethics to improve WLB.

I intend to ask about annual merit increases and what they have been previously, but was wondering if anyone had ever negotiated an annual increase based on inflation in addition to any performance based merit increases.
