Hi , I received my sterling back check report today and I am 1.5 weeks old in this new company .
It says - complete and review ( cv vs application ) due to employment dates difference and title difference for one of the employers . Will it be asked now ?
FYI - title diff is due to company having 2 diff titles and dates as I had put current on cv but end date was 2 months back ( have put right end date on back check though and also told interviewer while giving interview )
any issues u see ?

Can someone please for the love of god help me figure out how I can pay less income taxes? I only make 88k and I put the 12k standard deduction but I’m still getting taxed 27% of my paychecks! My sign on bonus (20 even) a few months ago was taxed nearly 45%! Excuse my ignorance, but am I doing something wrong? Will increasing deductions help or should I increase the withholdings?
