Hi I recently got an offer from Deloitte India and I accepted that. I have filled the pre hiring form and am waiting to fill the BGV form.

My last working day in my previous organization and joining date of current organization is same. My current organization bought of my notice period.
I have all original documents for the same- relieving letter, appointment letter, notice period buyout salary slips.

Will they cancel my offer due to just one-day overlap? i am very worried.

Is exp hiring easier than through college/mba? I assume there might be less competition but more self selection and less spots

Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.

I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike.
