I don't think it's advisable to tell them that, you may lose followers. The best thing to do is to let them write and let them think that you read all the messages.
The most cordial thing is to do it during the video, or you can avoid in the chat options that a person sends the same message many times, that is another way.
Let's say that it is the price of fame, if your community is not yet well established I do not recommend that you tell them anything yet, people behind a screen tend to offend faster than in person and they are usually very toxic if they feel attacked.
Have you tried blocking repetitive messages in the chat? There are people who send the same message many times, so if that is your problem, it is a good way to avoid it.
I recommend that you do it during the same transmission, be cordial, and tell them that if they send messages many times you will not be able to see what others write and that they have to understand that it is a community if this does not work identify people and ban them from your chat.
It all depends on the meaning of the people who write, first if they do it to annoy you shouldn't give it importance because it will be worse, but if they do it out of love you can kindly ask them to take it more calmly.
I think it's something you always have to deal with as a streamer, it's part of that life, but you can block the view of repetitive messages so the writer won't see that you blocked it.
