Hi fishes...
Can anyone tell me about the training given in hashedin for lateral employees.
Is it only assessments or is some sort of training also given? And what is the difficulty level?
Will the instructors help the employees....?
Any information will be useful...🙂
Thanks in advance!

“Strange duality between senior and junior” is called a mid level.
Even if it´s a mix of being a junior and senior in different fields? I mean they´re both Art Direction, but completely different industries.
If you’ve only done a couple internships how are you calling yourself a senior? 🤦🏼♂️
I´m a senior art director, but in a different art field. Senior> illustration, art products, mural, etc. I´ve done professional work for years. Junior>Advertising. Insert internships here. Hope that helps
You should team up with that other creative who’s obsessed with extra terrestrials, Arthur Alien. The two could be an out-of-this-world partnership!
Ohhh, You are correct kind human in charge of strategies for the elderly. Sadly I haven´t found me a partner-ship just yet, but I stay positive!
I don’t know if people really want to hire junior creatives remote. the old guard believes that you learn a lot more when you’re working in person and that you need to “prove” you’re capable of working with others (eg by years of experience) before hiring people remotely
Oh, yes, I understand that. I see many people that can´t more often that not. I wish there were other ways to prove it, though. I keep asking for Linkedin profile recommendations to my teachers and internship co-workers. Not sure if anyone looks at that, but can´t hurt.
You've decided to start a career in advertising, which unfortunately means starting again at the bottom of the ladder, regardless of what you've done before.
Your ad work is at the level of someone who is starting out - too many ideas that have long explanations and don't get straight to the point.
Lose the long edits of found footage, lose the ideas about hangovers, and think up some clever ways of selling FMCGs.
Thanks for taking the time to look at my portfolio and for the advice! I´ll keep it in mind!
