Hi, I'm attending interviews with Valuelabs for Emirates NBD bank - big data engineer, Dubai opputunity. I have total 13+ years exp in IT and 9+ in pyspark, AWS and big data technologies. What should be salary I should negotiate with HR for this role. Considering this job for increasing my savings for my family. Please suggest the salary range that would be required considering the cost of living there and possible culture and job workload in this role?

I have my annual review next week. Starting my 7th year at the current job. 13+ years in the field. But my current company is a nonprofit. They are great. But annual raise has always been 2%. So as a tenured SLP, I feel quite underpaid. But I honestly don’t know what is fair - especially for the region (Midwest) and in my speciality (pediatric outpatient rehab).
