Hi! I’m currently a working as a Data analyst with a CtC of 6.6. I have around 3.5 yrs of total experience (not all 3.5 as Data analyst). My skill set - SQL, Python, PowerBI, Excel. My current work is not challenging enough and revolves more with BI dashboards. I want to jump to 12+ package asap and also want to do some analytics intensive role. Any suggestions and tips would be valuable. I’m open to learning new tech.. Im currently upskilling in ML side of things as well.

Do I need to worry about this and feel low?

Hey folks. Question for the majority of us still under the big 3 holding co’s...are raises a thing anymore? I’ve been at my (smaller) agency almost 5yrs and got one raise (a nice $12k bump) during that time—is that sufficient? Is one increase in that span normal? I also recognize being somewhere 5 years is rare these days. The honeymoon period at any agency seems to be 2.5—3yrs before bolting. Not complaining, just asking. Have y’all been getting raises/bumps in any kind of regular cycle? Thx.
