I think most importantly decide what kind on job you want. Risk Manager and Wealth Manager are very different roles. The former is generally middle office and more data/analytics focused. The latter more relationship and (in my experience) sales focused. Thinking in terms of compensation, if the WM job is a full front office role it's likely that the salary potential for that will increase with large opportunities for bonuses. Definitely less so with a Risk Management role. I'm not sure the cost and associated factors with sponsorship but I'd factor in potential increases in salary down the line if you're looking to offset that cost (also think about tax given you'll be paying visa fees out of post tax salary). That said with any front office role, you have to be good at the job to make the money. If it's not the right fit for your experience/personality then anywhere is unlikely to hang on to you. DM me if you want to be any more specific as I've worked in Wealth Management and Risk Management
Why are you considering the 2nd option if they do not provide sponsorship, in case you need visa?
Because they are willing to provide sponsorship after 1 year. And I can now work according to my graduate route visa
