I wanted to check if anyone on here has done the Wharton CTO Executive program (or anything similar) or considered/considering doing it? Any pros and cons in terms of it adding value to exit opps?

I’m interested in hearing about human capital consultants who went from PwC to one of the other firms, as well as people who came from one of the other firms to PwC. First-year tax staff that started end of Q3, and just had my first year-end performance evaluation meeting. Still a blank slate in terms of tax experience, but I honestly do have a slight interest in international tax. Brought it up and I was given some names to find some work opportunities in that area. Besides SALT, any other specialized areas I should try to get some experience in? Also open to any tips and tricks to help tailor my workflow and experiences for the months to come.

I currently do planning system implementation at SC level. Quite technical stuff and less PMO. What are my future career possibilities from here onwards? Can I keep progressing in the standard ladder and keep doing implementations, or is it automatically going to end up becoming more are more sales oriented and less actual implementation work? Especially interested in the SM level and above. I’d prefer staying at Big 4 and avoid the supplier side.
