I've been working as a research study coordinator for almost 3 years (research asst for 2) and when I became research coordinator I didn't take any class, it was the only way they could pay me what i asked. I've been doing coordinator tasks on 3 studies in sleep research but the pay is atrocious still. My grants expire at the end of January and I'm looking to venture out to a higher paying job. How difficult would it be to transition to CRO or something similar? Im in Chicago.

Of those of you who left jobs or changed jobs this year, how many of you did so due to current employer not compensating you $ in accordance with inflation? My company announced they will not give cost of living raises despite that we’ve obliterated revenue records multiple times over. Thinking of looking outside to be paid my worth.

I am currently working at KPMG as an Analyst. I want to do my MBA in HR and Operations. The feedback that I received from people is that growth in HR is slightly restricted and that HRs don't get hikes (while switching) similar to that of Consulting or Finance or Marketing?

I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs). Has anyone taken the CCRP exam? Currently looking for test prep resources and there are very few. The exam book combo I found on Amazon has mixed reviews and I think the best way for me to prep is to see the questions and get comfortable with them.
