I have 2 offers,

IBM - 15.5 Fixed, 1.6 variable, 2 lakh JB (Data Engineer position)

ZS Associates - 18 Fixed, 1.8 variable, 1.5 lakh JB (BTSAC Position, might have to handle a team of 2-3 people)

I have total experience of ~4 Years.

I want to good exposure in Data Engineering.

I haven't handled a team yet.

IBM offer better job security and work life balance, on the other hand ZS might have long working hours and bad work culture, bt good growth.

I'm having more than 12 yrs of experience and current ctc is 11.20 excluding night shift and variables. I've given interview in bny got shortlisted and submitted the documents. Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. But all of sudden hr is saying she is not confirm whether I'll get offer or not. They are bluffing all around to giving my offer. What should I do now

I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations. However, I have seen poor reviews for working at TCS and I’d like to get some feedback from anyone currently or had previously worked for that company. What is the environment like and has anyone been in a situation where the contract with TCS and the client ended and had trouble with TCS finding them a new role at the same pay?

How's the policy in the natwest in terms of return to office. How many days it is compulsory to visit office. Is there any work from home policy there?

It’s hard to trust the partners/leadership when they want us to return to office as being better when we increase offshoring? Also, the pressure on billable hours when all that really matters is how much our fixed labor costs vs. how much we can bill (which is usually fixed fee or at least a range) and the fixed labor costs of offshoring is significantly cheaper so the hours don’t matter. Am I mistaken by this viewpoint?

Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations.
