What’s a fair expectation for my first raise? Publicly traded co with ~2500 employees. I’ve been doing litigation with the company for almost 3 yrs and have only had a 2% cost of living raise so far. Graduated in 2014. Base comp is $127.5k in the Philly area. I see salaries all over the place in this site and it’s hard to tell whether mine is competitive.

If there is a request for a US tax specialist to do a loan staff / secondment in Dubai, thoughts on salary range for experienced Manager ? Requesting housing from company? It’s M&A deals related so hoping it will be decent pay.
